Refund and Returns Policy
At Fegs Media Concept, we strive to provide exceptional digital marketing, media production, and creative services that meet and exceed your expectations. We value our relationship with our clients and aim to ensure satisfaction with every project. However, if you are not completely satisfied with the services we provide, please review our refund and returns policy outlined below.
1. Digital Marketing & Media Production Services
Due to the nature of digital marketing and media production services, we do not offer refunds for services already rendered. However, we are committed to working with you to address any concerns and ensure you are satisfied with the final results.
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
- Incomplete Services: If Fegs Media Concept fails to deliver the agreed-upon services as per the contract or service agreement.
- Pre-Paid Services: If you have paid in advance for services that have not yet been initiated, you are eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the scope of work completed.
2. Cancellation of Services
If you wish to cancel services that have already begun, the following conditions apply:
- Prior to Project Commencement: Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made before any work has started, minus any administrative fees incurred.
- During the Project: A prorated refund may be available based on the amount of work completed up to the date of cancellation. For example, if 50% of the project is complete, a 50% refund of the remaining balance may be issued, minus any expenses or costs incurred.
- Post-Completion: No refunds will be issued after the service or project has been completed and delivered.
3. Custom Packages & Retainer Services
For custom packages and monthly retainer services (e.g., digital marketing or social media management), the following terms apply:
- Cancellation Notice: A 30-day notice is required for the cancellation of any ongoing retainer agreements. Services will continue to be rendered during the notice period, after which no further charges will be incurred.
- Refunds for Retainers: Refunds for prepaid retainer services will be prorated based on the remaining time in the service period and the amount of work already completed.
4. Product-Based Refunds (if applicable)
For any physical products related to media production or marketing materials, refunds will be provided under the following conditions:
- Returns for Damaged or Defective Products: If a product (such as a promotional item, printed material, etc.) is damaged or defective upon delivery, you may return it for a replacement or a full refund.
- Return Process: Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to initiate a return. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping fees may apply.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following services and items are non-refundable:
- Domain name purchases
- Website hosting services
- Third-party tool subscriptions (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
- Custom work that has been approved by the client (e.g., logo designs, video production, etc.)
